The intriguing question is where the dog waste goes after the receptacle is emptied. Biodiesel perhaps? This intrigue, however, assumes that the receptacle is emptied. Also, could one deposit a Madonna CD without violating the law? Finally, if the TARDIS is on the blink, could Dr. Poo duck into the pictured TURDIS for a quick slop through space-time in a sort of cosmic trek/vowel movement? These things I wonder.
I think they probably collect it all in one big barrel and then ship it directy to the Mizenko house, where Mr. Mizenko uses it to fertilize. And stuff. Yeah, that's the ticket.
